It is hard to say exactly how much a consultant can make with Scentsy because there are many factors. You can make enough money to buy yourself a new outfit or pay your mortgage. If a consultant is treating Scentsy like a full time business they could make thousands to tens of thousands a month. If a consultant is selling Scentsy as a hobby they could only be making $100 a month. It also depends on the reasons for joining like:

• Consultants Join scentsy for fun, because they love the product
• Consultants Join to receive a discount when they purchase Scentsy
• Consutlants already have a full time job, and want to sell Scentsy on the side
• Consultants Join to make a few extra bucks each month to pay off bills
• Consultants Join to sell Scentsy part time
• Consultants Join to sell Scentsy Full time

Someone who joins to receive a discount on purchases is going to have a smaller commission check then someone who sells Scentsy full time. Some consultants work their Scentsy Business by only holding basket parties a few times a month, and some run their Scentsy business full time and do 10 open houses a month to support their family.

Second, consultants focus on different aspects of their business more than others. Some consultants focus entirely on selling product, and don't want to worry about building a team, some only want to focus on building a large successful team and don't want to do as many home parties, and then some focus on both equally. The biggest earners have the biggest teams. However you decide to run your Scentsy business is up to you, there are MANY successful consultants making a living either way, it just comes down to personal preference.
